Introduction

Ingredients

    1 cup of spinach
    1 13.75-oz can of quartered artichoke hearts, drained and rinsed
    1 cup of vegetable broth
    2 cloves of garlic
    2 tsp of cornstarch

Tips

You may have to strain it to plate it. I did.


Directions

Add broth, artichokes, spinach, and garlic into heavy bottomed medium sauce pan. Saute until spinach wilts and garlic is fragrant. Add cornstarch to thicken. Serve hot.
