    1.2 c cooked dark turkey, chopped
    1 gallon of crushed tomatoes
    2.5 c thinly sliced red cabbage
    1 medium onion, chopped
    5 garlic cloves, chopped
    2.25 c corn (1 can)
    2 seeded jalepenos, chopped
    cumin, majoram, chili powder to taste


Spray pan with cooking spray and saute onions, garlic and peppers until soft and slightly browned. Add tomatoes, spices, turkey and corn and cook until cabbage is done. Serve with optional cheese, sour cream (greek yogurt), avocado, etc. Optional ingredients not included in calorie count.

Serving Size: Makes 13 servings of 2/3 cup each (a large ladleful)
