Introduction

Ingredients

    I small yellow onion
    1 small head of cabbage
    1 apple + 1/4 white vinegar OR 100% pineapple juice, pureeed together (Or substitute whole combo with apple cider)
    1T EVOO
    .5t salt
    1t dill seed
    .5t ground (dry) mustard
    .5C apple cider vinegar
    .5C water

Tips

You can keep this in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.


Directions

Sautee onion in olive oil. Add thinly sliced cabbage. Mix liquids and seasonings and pour over the top of the cabbage. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 30-40 minutes until cabbage is tender.
