Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 cup plain low-fat yogurt
    3 tbs. light mayonaise
    3 tsp. dijon or German-style mustard
    3/4 tsp. dried chervil, chrushed
    2 cloves minced garlic
    Juice from 1/2 lemon
    1 lb. fresh cod, pollock flounder, haddock, or pike fish filets

Directions

Combine the yogurt, mayonnaise, mustard, chervil, and garlic and lemon juice. Spray a shallow 9 x 13 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Place fish in single layer in bottom of the baking dish. Spread sauce evenly onto fish fillets. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
