Ingredients

    1 cup plain yogurt
    1/2 cup finely chopped peeled cucumbers
    3 chopped seeded plum tomatos
    1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
    1 tablespoon dried mint Flakes (2T if you use fresh)
    1 teaspoon ground cumin
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    Pepper to taste

Directions

combine all ingredients in bowl, mix together well, cover and chill until ready to use.

(approx 1/2 cup)
