Ingredients

4 Pork Loin Chops - 4 oz each
1 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
3 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2-3 Cups Water
Various Seasonings
Tips
Calorie calculations are based on equal servings WITH .25 share of the gravy. Goes well with mashed potatos or brown rice
Directions
Meat:
1. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan - high heat
2. Whild the pan is heating, mix Whole Wheat Flour and seasonings into a tub
(I like to use Seasoned Salt, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Fresh Ground Pepper, and a shake of Dill Weed)
3. Coat each tenderloin chop in the flour mix
4. Place the tenderloin chops in the pan and cook for about 7.5 minutes on each side
Gravy:
1. Leave drippings in the frying pan and reduce to medium-high heat
2. Thoroughly mix left over flour with 2 or 3 cups of hot water
3. Pour flour and water mix into the frying pan and stir constantly until it thickens into a gravy
Serving Size: Makes 4 servings with gravy
