Ingredients

    1 12oz can of salmon
    1 box of rotini pasta
    1 can of peas
    1.5 cups of unsweetened yogurt
    dill to taste
    dijon mustard to taste

Directions

Mix together all ingredients except for the peas and pasta in a large bowl.

Cook the pasta. In a colander, pour the pasta over the peas.

Add the pasta and peas to the bowl of other ingredients. Mix and serve.

Serving Size: makes a big bowl, about 6 servings
