Ingredients

    Chia Seeds 1 cup
    Pumpkin Seeds .75 cup
    Almonds slivered 1 cup
    Hemp hearts 1 cup
    Bran Buds 1.25 cup
    Oats 1 cup
    Cacao Nibs .5 cup
    Flax seed .75 cup
    cinnamon 1 tbsp
    maple syrup .66 cup
    canola oil .20 cup

Directions

gently warm maple syrup and oil in a saucepan. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl. stir the warmed syrup into the dry mix and make sure the syrup is evenly distributed. divide mix onto two baking sheets, lined with parchment paper. Bake for 1 hour at 250 degrees F. Allow to cool. Store in an airtight container for 2 weeks or freeze for 2-3 months.

Best enjoyed on top of plain yogourt for a healthy snack!
