    Banana, fresh, 4 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long)(remove)
    Oats, Quaker, 2 cup(remove)

Directions

mash banana, mix in oats and chopped up chocolate bar...put in a baking dish of your choice I use long shallow ones and get a fair size square when cut........bake 15-20 min
