Introduction

Great for a salad as well as nachos Great for a salad as well as nachos
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 small head of diced cabbage
    diced onion
    diced garlic
    diced tomatoe for color
    diced jalepeno peppers
    pinch of salt
    chopped cilantro

Directions

Dice all ingredients
mix everything together except cilantro
let sit at least one hour
add cilantro when ready to eat or it loses its flavour
*everything is according to personal preference

Makes approximately 4 - 1 cup servings
