Introduction

Ingredients

    So when searching for some of the ingredients the quantities already put into spark were weird - here is the normal persons measures..........

    1 cup whole wheat flour
    1/2 cup ground flax
    1/2 cup oat bran
    2 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp baking powder
    3 tbsp brown sugar
    1/4 tsp allspice
    1/2 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 tsp fine sea salt
    1/2 cup non fat greek yogurt, plain
    1 Tbsp coconut oil (melted)
    1 cup egg beaters
    1 cup raisins
    2 medium carrots shredded (about 1 cup)
    2 Tbsp lite coconut milk
    1/2 cup shredded coconut, sweetened

Directions

Mix all the ingredients, in no particular order - and spoon into muffin cups. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes and enjoy!!!

Serving Size: Makes 12 good size muffins
