2/3 CUP WHOLE WHEAT PASTRY FLOUR
1 CUP SUGAR
1 TSP BAKING POWDER
2 TSP BAKING SODA
1/2 TSP SALT
1 EGG
2 CUPS PUMPKIN(MASHED)
1 CUP SKIM MILK
Directions
MIX ALL DRY INGREDIENTS IN A MIXING BOWL. ADD THE EGG, MILK, AND PUMPKIM AND MIX WELL. BAKE IN A 350 OVEN FOR 20-25MIN OR TIL A FORK INSERTED INTO THE CENTER COMES OUT CLEAN.
