Introduction

Just enough heat to make your mouth sizzle! Just enough heat to make your mouth sizzle!
Number of Servings: 9

Ingredients

    6 beefsteak sized whole tomatoes, frozen, then defrosted and squished up
    1 6oz can Pastene tomato paste
    12 oz cooked lean beef roast, diced
    5 c cooked black beans, no salt added
    lots of seasonings: cumin, cayenne, no salt chili powder, hot Hungarian paprika, pepper, cocoa powder, Vietnamese cinnamon

Directions

Put all ingredients into chili pot and let simmer low and slow! I put tomato paste in last to see if it needed it for thickening. do not add salt; tomato paste has enough salt for the entire pot.

Serving Size: makes 9 1-cup servings
