Ingredients

    1 tbl Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    1 tsp Chopped Garlic
    2 tbl Chopped Italian Parsley
    1 lb Uncooked Shrimp
    Freshly Ground Black Pepper

Directions

Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and parsley. Cook for 30 seconds,
being careful not to brown the garlic. Toss in the shrimp, stirring constantly until the shrimp turn
pink and opaque. Season with pepper before serving.

    Incredible!
    Had this for dinner tonight but baked it in the oven for 7 minutes and then broiled for 3.
    Was very good, served it with oven roasted veggies.
