Tips
If you can't find Sweetzfree, use Splenda granular 3/4 cup or any other heat-stable sweetener.
Directions
In measuring jug add gelatine to 1 cup milk and leave to soften while you do the rest. In larger measuring jug add evaporated milk plus skim milk to 2 cups. Add flavouring, Sweetzfree and colour and mix. In large saucepan bring 1 cup water to the boil. If you are using vanilla, add it to the cold water first to get rid of the alcohol taste. Lower heat, add gelatine mix and milk mix and stir until it's warmed through and the gelatine has melted. Pour into 1/2 cup ramekins or similar and allow to cool. When cool, put the lids on and keep in fridge.
