Ingredients

    1 spaghetti squash
    1 package, 19 oz extra lean ground turkey
    1 bag, frozen peppers and onions
    1/2 jar, light ragu tomato and basil sauce
    .5 cup fat free plain greek yogurt
    2 cloves garlic
    italian seasoning to taste

Directions

Cook spaghetti squash in oven, 350 for 45 minutes and shred.

Cook turkey over medium skillet with italian seasonings. Add to squash.

Cook peppers and onions over medium high heat. Add to squash.

Slowly heat sauce, yogurt and garlic over medium heat, stirring constantly. Pour over squash
