Ingredients

    2 14.5 oz cans Diced Tomatoes (I used Wegmans Petite Diced with Garlic Olive Oil and Seasonings)
    1 bag Fresh Baby Spinach
    2 Chicken Breasts, cooked and chopped
    1 cup Rice, cooked separately
    1 cup Mozerella Cheese

Directions


Serving Size: makes 6 1-cup servings

Cook chicken and rice separately, combine all ingrediets, heat and season to taste
