    Frosting recipe :
    1 cup cashews
    1 cup soy milk
    3/4 cup dates
    3 tbls cocoa powder dry, unsweetened
    Put all in food processor
    frost cake
    This recipe has alot of natural sugar and carbs
    I am going to watch and see what it does to my blood sugar!


Dr Fuhrman's vesion calls for currants, I used raisins.
Frosting recipe starts with Cashews( last four ingredients)See recipe for frosting under ingredient list.


Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Mix flour with 3 tbls baking soda + 1 tsp baking powder
In a food procesor puree 3cups dates, pineape, bannana, and applesuce
In a large bowl , mix 1/2 cup sliced dates , sliced beets, carrots,zucchini, cocoa powder,raisins, walnuts, water, vanilla ,and flour mixture.
Mix well.
Spread in a 9x13 dusted with cocoa powder.
Bake @350 degrees for 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean
