    Celeriac - 1 medium
    2 russet potatoes
    2 tbs butter
    1/3 cup 15% cooking cream
    2 tbsp fresh italian parsley, chopped


Boil the celeriac and the potatoes.

Drain, add the butter and puree with a hand mixer. Add the cream and the parsley and mix.
