Ingredients

    1 c non-fat milk
    4 eggs
    1 T dijon Mustard
    1 cup diced ham
    1 cup shredded swiss
    1 cup cooked chopped spinach
    1 tsp flour
    frozen pie crust
    Layer Ham, Swiss, Spinach, then pour the egg mixture above t

Directions

Mix the Milk,egg,mustard.

Sprinkle flour over bottom of crust, helps keep it from getting soggy.

Layer Ham, Cheese, spinach over pie crust. Pour Egg Mixture.

350 degree oven, bake 50 minutes.
