Ingredients

    1/2 c. coconut oil
    1 egg
    1 egg white (3 Tbsp)
    2 tsp. vanilla extract
    3 Tbsp agave syrup
    1/2 c. unsweetened almond milk
    1/2 c. plain, non fat Greek yogurt
    1.25 c. spelt flour
    2.75 c. quick rolled oats (not instant)
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp salt (optional)
    10 serving scoops Visalus protein powder
    2 tsp. grount cinnamon
    1 tsp ground cloves

Directions

Mix wet (+ Visalus) and dry separately. Combine them and drop by large teaspoonful onto greased cookie sheets. Bake at 300 degrees Celsius for 15 min.

Serving Size: Makes approx 60 teaspoon size cookies
