Ingredients

    0.50 tsp Cumin seed
    0.50 lemon yields Lemon Juice
    1 clove Garlic
    1.50 tbsp 365 100%Spanish Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    250 grams Kroger Chick Peas (canned)

Directions

Drain chick peas and set aside water from can
In a food processor, combine all ingredients and pulse until smooth. Add more water set aside from chick peas, if necessary. Season with salt and pepper to taste

Serving Size: makes about 1.75 cups, or 28 1-Tbsp servings
