Ingredients

    1 cup flaked unsweetened coconut (I used Fresh)
    3/4 cup granulated splenda
    1/2 cup low fat bisquick
    2 cups skim milk
    1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
    4 med eggs

Tips

2 tblsp salted butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
1-2 tbls skim milk
1 tblsp cocoa powder unsweetened
splenda to taste

Stir all together and drizzle over pie.

WW pt count changes to 3.75 per slice when using chocolate sauce.


Directions

Place all ingredients into bowl and blend till well blended. Or put in blender for 60 seconds.
Pour into pie plate that has been sprayed with Pam.
Bake 50-65 mins or until know inserted in center comes out clean.

3 WW pts per slice as is.
