    12oz canned salmon
    1/2 cup almond flour
    2 eggs
    2 tbp mayo
    (optional) 2tbp whole grain pancake mix
    Salt, pepper, garlic to taste

    mix all together and divide into 6 patties

Directions

spray pan lightly with olive oil and fry on both sides until golden.
