Introduction

Ingredients

    1 lb of lean ground beef
    1 lb of lean ground turkey
    1 lb of lean ground pork
    2 large eggs
    1 large sweet yellow onion
    3 scallions
    5 garlic cloves
    2 ripe Roma tomato
    1/5 cup of bread crumbs seasoned
    3 squirts of Maggi Seasoning sauce
    3 squirts of Teriyaki sauce

Tips

Use non-latex gloves to mix the meat to avoid smelly hands and meat under your nails


Directions

In the food processor mix the onion, garlic, tomato and scallions, then put a side. In the food processor mix beef, turkey and pork in three batches, each batch with 1/3 or the onion mix and the sauces. In a clean surface mix all three batches with the eggs and bread crumbs and mix with your hands. Separate the mix in three sections: one for the meatloaf, other for meatballs and last one for hamburger parties. put the meatloaf in a glass, oven resistant mold, pre-greased with spray oil and cook in the oven for 75 minutes at 350. Let it cool before cutting the slices.

Serving Size: 9-10 slices of 1/2 inch
