Ingredients

    16 oz baby carrots
    3 med red potatoes 3/4" cubed
    1 c chopped onion
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1/2 c water
    1 tsp poultry seasoning
    salt
    3 lb boneless turkey breast roast
    seasoning blend
    1/4 c potato flakes

original recipe called for BUTTERBALL BONELESS BREAST OF TURKEY ROAST.


Directions

1 spray slow cooker with pam. Put in carrots, onion & potato cubes. Combine soup, water, poultry seasoning salt, and pour over veggies in crock pot.

2 Remove turkey roast from package & pat dry. Arrange in netting for easy removal. Sprinkle with seasoning and place on top of vegetables.

3. Cook on low 6-8 hours or until turkey reaches 170 degrees.

4. Remove turkey & let stand.

5. Meanwhile, stir potato flakes into veggies in slow cooker. Let stand covered 10 minutes.

6. Remove string netting from turkey; carve into serving
slices. Serve with vegetable mixture.
