Ingredients

    *Soymilk
    *Apples
    *Bananas
    *Pineapple
    *Strawberries
    *Blueberries
    *Carrots
    *Broccoli
    *Ground Flax

Directions

Cook the broccoli and carrots first. Then add all ingredients to the blender and blend on high until smooth. I keep all ingredients except soymilk in the fridge, so I don't need to use ice.
