Ingredients

    2 cups Chunky Peanut Butter
    10 oz. honey
    4 cups Quick Oats
    2 cups whey protein powder
    2 Tbsp. Flax Seeds
    1/4 cup Raw Sliced almonds
    1/2 cup dried Crancherries
    1/4 cup cashew pieces
    1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
    2 tsps. vanilla
    + warm water, if too dry

Directions

Add peanut butter and honey to a large non-stick pan over low heat until smooth & creamy. Add protein powder and mix well. Next add all the nuts & fruit you want, mix well. Add vanilla and water(if needed). Stir well, add to glass cake pan, press down and refrigerate.

Serving Size: Makes 44 1-1/2" x 1-1/2" pieces
