    1.5 cups kale
    .5 celery stalk
    .5 cucumber with peel
    1 kiwi fruit
    .5 medium apple with peel
    .5 pear with peel
    1 TBL chia seeds
    fill up to max line bottled water (1.5 cups)
    few ice cubes


Put all ingredients into blender or nutribullet add water about 1.5 cups or to max line on Nutribullet and few ice cubes Blend and enjoy
