Ingredients

    1 15 oz. can french style green beans
    1 15 oz. can white shoe peg corn
    1 frozen bag of tiny peas - approx. 15 oz.
    1 cup oniuons chopped fine
    1 cup green pepper chopped fine
    1 cup red or orange pepper chopped fine
    1 cup celery - chopped fine

    3/4 cup white vinegar
    1/4 cup vegetable oil
    1 cup sugar
    3 tbs. water.

Directions

Bring the vinegar, oil, sugar and water to a boil. When sugar is completele dissovled, remove from heat and set aside to cool.

Chop all the vegetables and stir in the liquid until all are covered. This serves a large crowd and will keep up to two weeks in the refrigerator.
