Introduction

I took my Mother's spaghetti recipe and made it my own, and organic :o). I took my Mother's spaghetti recipe and made it my own, and organic :o).
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 - 1/2 pounds organic ground beef
    1 medium yellow or sweet onion
    2 15 oz. cans organic tomato sauce
    3 14 oz. cans organic diced tomatoes
    1 organic garlic clove
    1 tsp. organic oregano
    1 tsp. organic basil
    1/2 tsp. organic thyme
    3 organic bay leaves

Directions

Cut up the onion and put it in a 3-1/2 qt pan with the ground beef. Cook both until the beef is cooked thoroughly. Add remaining ingredients and cook for at least 1 hour. The longer you cook it the better. Sometimes I let it cook all day.
