Introduction

This is a great tasting tangy salad dressing, makes your salad come alive This is a great tasting tangy salad dressing, makes your salad come alive
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1/2 tbsp honey
    2 tbsp cider vinegar
    1/2 tsp dijon mustard
    juice from half large lime or one small lime
    1.5 tbsp olive oil
    dash black pepper
    3 tbsp water

Tips

You can also add any of the following to this dressing: crushed chilli seeds, crushed garlic, thyme, chives or rosemary depending on your taste


Directions

Put all the ingredients into a screw top jar and shake vigorously until well blended.

When ready to use pour two tbsp over your salad.

This will keep in the fridge for a week.
