    1 (15oz) can of kidney beans
    1 (15oz) can of cannellini beans (white kidney beans)
    1 green bell pepper
    1 red bell pepper
    1 package of frozen corn (10 to 16 oz)
    1 red onion
    1/4 cup of olive oil
    1/4 cup red wine vinegar
    2 tbsp fresh lime juice
    1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
    2 tbsp of xylitol
    1 tbsp salt
    1 clove of crushed or minced garlic
    1/2 cup of cilantro

Tips

Use fresh lemon and lime juice. It makes a difference
