Ingredients

    Spinach, frozen, 1 package (10 oz) yields
    *Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz
    Egg, fresh, 1 large
    *4C 100% Whole Wheat Plain Breadcrumbs, 1 cup
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, 1 cup
    Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 6 oz
    Garlic powder, 1 tsp
    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp
    *Ronzoni Healthy Harvest whole wheat spaghetti style pasta (dry), 12 oz
    Chicken Broth, .75 cup (8 fl oz)
    Butter, unsalted, 3 tbsp
    Garlic, 2 cloves

Directions

Heat oven to 350. Squeeze water out of thawed spinach. Mix spinach, turkey, egg, breadcrumbs, cheeses, garlic powder, and pepper. Shape into meatballs. In large frying pan, heat oil over med-high heat. Brown meatballs approx. 2-3 minutes and move browned meatballs to oven safe pan. Place in oven and cook about 20 minutes or until done. While meatballs are cooking, cook pasta according to package directions. When meatballs are finished, transfer to a plate to keep warm and deglaze pan with broth. Add butter and garlic and let thicken slightly. Add up to 1 C pasta water also. Add pasta to pan and toss to coat. Add meatballs. Sprinkle with additional Parmesan if desired.
