Ingredients

    1 pound ground beef, browned and drained
    1 packet taco seasoning
    2 cups shredded cheese
    1 can (14.5 oz) refried beans
    36 wonton wrappers

    salsa, sour cream, scallions to garnish as desired

Tips

the original recipe called for crushing one tortilla chip per cupcake layer (so it would be wonton wrapper, beef, tortilla, beans, cheese in both layers)


Directions

preheat oven to 450. lightly grease muffin tins (to make 18 total cupcakes)
brown and drain beef. add taco seasoning and cook -according to package direction.
in each muffin, layer one wonton wrapper, top with 1 Tbsp refried beans, 1 Tbsp beef, 1 Tbsp cheese. Repeat for a 2nd layer

Cook for 15-18 minutes.

Garnish with taco toppings (salsa, sour cream, scallions, etc)

Serving Size: 2 cupcakes = 1 serving. makes 9
