Ingredients

12-inch Whole Wheat Thin Pizza Crust
2 Cups part-skim shredded mozzarella
1 lb raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tbsp butter
1/2 can of artichoke hearts
1-2 clove garlic
1/2 tbsp parsley
Tips
If you want to cut out some calories, use an Olive Oil spray to saute the shrimp. Spray a little on the pizza crust and sprinkle some garlic powder on it.
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees
2. Chop up artichoke hearts in small bite-size pieces
3. Saute the raw shrimp in garlic and butter until pink
4. Remove shrimp from pan
5. Pour remaining butter and garlic onto pizza crust and spread evenly
6. Scatter shrimp and artichoke evenly on pizza crust
7. Sprinkle parsley over shrimp and artichoke
8. Cover shrimp and artichoke with shredded mozzarella
9. Place pizza directly on oven rack and cook for approx. 15 minutes or until the cheese and bubbly and brown
