Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    * 2-6 oz. containers of Stonyfield Farm Organic Lowfat Vanilla Yogurt
    * 1/4 c Canola Oil
    * 1/3 c Raw sugar
    * 1/2 c Milk, 2%
    * 1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract
    * 2 Eggs
    * 1 c Kashi Heart to Heart Cereal, Oat Flakes & Wild Blueberry Clusters
    * 1 c Kashi GoLean Crunch! Honey Almond Flax Cereal
    * 2 tsp Baking Powder, aluminum free when possible
    * 1/2 c Blueberries, dried
    * 1 3/4 c oat flour

Directions

1-Preheat oven to 350
2-Blend first 6 (wet) ingredients.
3-Crush cereal into smaller pieces and combine all dry ingredients
4-Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients
5-Spread into lightly oiled rectangular baking pan for 16 bars -or- spoon into muffin tins with muffin papers for 12-18 muffins.
