Ingredients

    1/2 Pound Tomatillos, coarsely choped
    1/4 cup chopped onion
    1/4 cup low-fat sour cream
    2 TB fresh cilantro
    2 TB cider vinegar
    1 TB fresh lime juice
    1 tsp sugar
    2 dash salt
    1 avocado
    1, serrano chile, seeded and chopped

Tips

found this as a topping for shrimp tacos but would be great with any Mexican type fish, shrimp, dip, etc.


Directions

Process in food processor until smooth

Serving Size: 8 tacos with plenty extra
