Ingredients

    1 C Lactaid 2% milk
    1 C sugar free, fat free vanilla yogurt
    1 small banana
    1 C frozen berries
    2 Tbls Splenda

Directions

1. Mix in blender. Blend on liquify till nice and smooth.

2. pour into 2 glasses and enjoy
