Ingredients

    3 c. Quick Cooking Oats
    1 c. Whole Wheat Flour
    5 T. Ground Flax Seed (FlaxMeal)
    1 t. Baking Soda
    1/4 c. Brown Sugar (firmly packed)
    1 t. Vanilla Extract
    1/4 c. Honey
    1 Egg White
    1/2 c. Chunky Style Peanut Butter
    12 oz. Bag of White Chocolate Chips



Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. In a large bowl mix the first 4 ingredients
3. In a smaller bowl mix the next 5 ingredients, once mixed well, add to dry ingredients.
4. Once two batches are mixed, add the White Chocolate Chips.
5. Spray a Jelly Roll pan with PAM and pour mixture onto the pan. Spread the mixture out to cover the whole pan and press firmly.
6. Once pressed fully, bake for 20 minutes.

Notes***
You may want to score the granola bars prior to baking as it may make it easier to cut after baking, but it is not a necessity.

Once cooled, cut into 28 pieces.
