Ingredients

    4 Bunches broccoli florets (cut in small peices)
    1/2 large red onion diced
    2 cans mandarin oranges drained an cut in half
    1 cup walnuts chopped

    dressing
    2 tbsp sugar
    1/4 cup orange juice
    2 tbsp miracle whip light

Directions

put broccoli, onion, oranges, and walnuts in bowl, mix dressing in small bowl and pour over salad. Mix well and chill.

Serving Size: 1/2 cup serving about 20 servings
