    One can of chick peas, drained
    One cup Quinoa (pre rinsed)
    One can of traditional tomato sauce
    a handful of mini peppers, chopped
    4-5 carrots sliced into coins
    2 cubes of vegetable bullion
    4 cups of water
    Sprinkle of garlic powder
    1 tsp of curry powder


Add all ingredients into the crock pot, stir. Put on high for 4 hours for a more soup like stew. If you want a denser, thicker stew, switch to low after 4 hours and let cook for another 2 hours on low.
