    1 C Whole Wheat Flour
    1 C toasted Wheat Germ
    1/4 C Ground Flazseed
    1/2 C sugar
    4 tsp Baking Powder
    1 tsp Cinnamon
    1/2 tsp Nutmeg
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 egg
    3/4 C Skim Milk
    1/2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
    1 C Unsweetened Applesauce
    3/4 C blueberries


At only 90 calories each...hae two with fruit for breakfast! YUMMY!!


Preheat to 350 degrees and spray muffin tins with cooking oil spray

Mix all dry ingredients well in a large bowl. (Not berries)

In a medium bowl mix the wet ingredients well. (Not berries)

Add wet to the dry mixing well then fold in blueberries.

Fill 15 muffins cups with equal amounts of batter. Bake 20-25 minutes.
