Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 lb ground turkey, plane or italian seasoned
    .5 Cup Canned Spinich
    1 Cup Panco Italian Bread Crumbs
    1 Med. Egg
    1 Tsp sea salt
    1 Tbsp Parsley Flakes
    1 Tbsp Minced Onions
    1 Tsp Garlick Powder

    You can substitue frozen for canned spinich or .5 cup finely chopped onions for minced

    Mix well all ingredients

Tips

Burgers should be slightly brown on each side add a piece of low fat swiss for an added punch

Great on the Grill ... make sure well cooked before flipping or they might break apart


Directions

Turn broiler on high
spray cookie sheet with olive oil spray
use a 1/3 c measuring cup, pack firmly and drop onto a cookie sheet
flatten into patties
cook 5-6 minutes on each side or until fully cooked
