Introduction

Ingredients

    2 scoops (42 g) of Vanilla Protein Mix
    1/2 C of strawberries, Pineapple and Orange slices each
    1/4 C of Ice
    1/4 C of Water
    4 Tsp of Pineapple juice

Tips

*You can also add Arbonne's Daily Fiber Boost to the shake
* Be sure to de-seed your orange lol
*Its good to freeze your fruit before hand


Directions

In your blender, combine all ingredients for at least 4-5 minutes until well blended. Scrape the sides if need be.
