    3 tbsp olive oil, 2 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp pepper, 1/4 tsp dry mustard

you can also subsititue flas seed oil for 1/2 the olive oil
