Ingredients

    1 cup peanut butter
    1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
    3/4 cup mini chocolate chips or nuts or...
    1 1/4 cup chocolate

Directions

Blend crumbs in food processor, add to 1 cup peanut butter and mix. Form 24 even sized balls with hands and place on wax paper covered plate, freeze for 30-60 minutes. Melt chocolate in microwave just until melted. Place mini chocolate chips or nuts or whatever your desired topping is in small bowl. Using toothpick or fork, dip the peanut butter balls in melted chocolate, one at a time, and then toss in the topping until covered. Refrigerate or freeze until firm.
