Introduction

fry sausage and drain - a 1 pound roll yealds 12 oz. cooked - chop pepperoni into pieces - mix with pizza sauce - add cheese when mixture is cool. Put approxamently 2 heaping tablespoons of filling into an egg roll wrapper. Roll it up like an egg roll using water to seal. Ingredients

    2 rolls of Bob Evans italian sausage ( use your favorite)
    I use part Italian and part Hot Italian
    2 jars of Pizza sauce
    1 pillow pack of Pepperoni
    4 c. (2 packages) Mozzarella cheese
    2 packs of egg roll wrappers

Directions

deep fry in oil until brown - drain and enjoy
