Ingredients

1 c water
2 to 4 leaves of swiss chard (washed with stems removed), coarsely chopped
1.5 c papaya, peeled and cubed
1 large banana, peeled and quartered
Tips
Add an extra cup of water to make a more juice-like consistency.
Directions
Blend chard and water using a high powered blender until the chard is as small as possible. Add papaya and blend until smooth. Add banana and blend until smooth. Best served cold.
