Ingredients

    1 can of Cream of Mushroom Soup
    1 lb ground turkey, cooked and drained
    1/2 cup milk, 2%
    1 T dijon mustard
    1 bag (10-12 oz) frozen brocolli flowerets, thawed
    1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    1 cup dry bread crumbs
    2 Tablespoons melted butter

Tips

for a low-fat option, use the low-fat soup, skim or 1% milk, and low-fat cheese. Turkey or chicken cutlets, cooked and cubed can be used in place of the ground turkey. Bread crumbs can easily be made with any bread, about four slices to make 1 cup.


Directions

Mix the first six ingredients in a bowl. Spread in a 2 qt casserole dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Mix bread crumbs with the melted butter, sprinkle on casserole. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
